SeyedMehdi Mohammadizadeh holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Water, Energy and Environmental Resources, Faculty of Civil Engineering, at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP, Brazil), and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering – Hydraulic Structures from the University of Sistan and Baluchestan (USB, Iran). His multidisciplinary research encompasses hydraulic engineering, hydro power generation, fluid mechanics, structural engineering, and material science. His primary focus areas include UHPFRC, cavitation erosion, aeration, dam safety, porous media, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). He integrates experimental techniques, microstructural analysis (SEM, EDS), and machine learning to tackle complex challenges in hydraulic structures and petroleum geology. Driven by a commitment to innovation and sustainability, he aims to enhance the durability and performance of hydraulic infrastructure, bridging theory and practice to support resilient and efficient engineering solutions.

Prof. Orchidea Maria Lecian graduated in Theoretical Physics at Sapienza University of Rome and ICRA- International Center for Relativistic Astrophysics in 2005 and completed her International Relativistic Astrophysics Phd at Sapienza University and ICRA. She was post-doctoral Fellow at IHES (Bures-sur-Yvette, France), AEI-MPI (Potsdam-Golm, Germany) and Sapienza University of Rome. She has taken part in intensive research programmes at AEI-MPI (Potsdam-Golm, Germany) and The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences (Toronto, Canada). She has been researcher for SAIA- NS'P (The National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic- National Stipendium Program) as Research grantee and appointed Erasmus Lecturer at Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Department of Theoretical Physics and Physics Education- KTFDF. She has been Assistant Professor at Sapienza University of Rome and is Professor at Sapienza University of Rome. She is wasVisiting Professor at Kursk State University, Chair of Algebra, Geometry and Didactics of Mathematics Theory within the Programme Education in Russia for Foreign Nationals of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation in 2022-2023. She has contributed in national conferences and international conferences. She is member of several Research Consortia. She is author of research papers, conference papers, review papers, invited papers and two books. She is reviewer and editorial-board member of several Journals.

Albostan's research areas include electric machines and energy conversion, power systems control, renewable energy and energy management. Due to his widespread teaching and research areas, he conducts scientific studies in the fields of Electrical Power Systems, Energy Management and Electrical energy production,power plant engineering, power transmission, distribution and management, and teaches courses on these subjects at undergraduate and graduate levels. After graduating from Fırat University Electrical Engineering Department in 1978, he received his master's degree in 1982 and his doctorate degree from Gazi University in 1987. He worked at Gazi and Erciyes Universities until 2001, and served as the Founding Member of the Energy Market and Regulatory Board between 2001-2006. He then served as the founding department head of Bahçeşehir University Energy Systems Engineering until 2010. He currently serves as the Head of Energy Systems Engineering Department at Atılım University. Dr. Albostan was appointed as an associate professor in 1999 and as a professor in 2010. Also Dr. In 1992, Albostan carried out post-doctoral studies on the "stability of energy systems" at Virginia Tech University in the USA.

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Additionally, he retired at the end of November 2019, and contributed with Keynote/Plenary Speeches over 230 Virtual/Webinar Conferences, in the coronavirus outbreak and retirement life in five year of his retirement, 2020 and 2024. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University in 1999-2004. He supervised 5 PhD- theses and 3 M. Sc theses. He is also technical committee member of many conferences. He received a certificate which is being awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000. The ICDD (International Centre for Diffraction Data) also appreciates cooperation of his group and interest in Powder Diffraction File. Scientific fields of Dr. Adiguzel: Shape memory effect and displacive phase transformations in shape memory alloys and other alloys, molecular dynamics simulations, alloy modeling, electron microscopy, electron diffraction, x-ray diffraction and crystallography.

Prof. Dr. Gheorghe Grigoraș is a Full Professor in the Department of Power Systems at “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iasi, Romania. Born in Vatra Dornei in 1976, he completed his M.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering in 2000 and earned his Ph.D. in Power Engineering in 2005 at the same institution. His academic and research career has been deeply rooted in power systems, with particular emphasis on load modeling, power quality, energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and intelligent control systems for smart grids. Prof. Grigoraș leads the Research Laboratory on the Availability of Energy Systems Supplied from Renewable Sources and coordinates the “Energy Management/Energy Quality Optimization” division within the Power Systems Engineering Research Centre. He has authored or co-authored over 300 scientific papers presented in international journals and conferences, along with approximately 15 books and several book chapters. His reputation in the academic community is further highlighted by his role as general or technical chair of various conferences, and his participation on editorial boards and as a guest editor for Web of Science-indexed journals. He is also an active member of international professional organizations such as the International Association of Engineers and the World Academy of Science, Engineering, and Technology.

Dr. Iickho Song is a distinguished professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), where he leads the Statistical Signal Processing Laboratory. His research focuses on signal detection theory, estimation, and mobile communications. Dr. Song received his B.S.E. and M.S.E. degrees in Electronics Engineering from Seoul National University in 1982 and 1984, respectively. He later earned his M.S.E. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and 1987. Before joining KAIST in 1988, he worked as a researcher at Bell Communications Research in New Jersey, gaining valuable experience in advanced communications systems. Over the course of his academic career, Dr. Song has made significant contributions to statistical signal processing and wireless communication technologies. He has published extensively in international journals and conferences and is the co-author of several influential books, including Advanced Theory of Signal Detection (Springer, 2002) and Principles of Random Processes (2009). He also holds a U.S. patent on a near maximum-likelihood (ML) decoding method for communication systems. Dr. Song is widely recognized for his academic achievements and is a Fellow of several prestigious organizations, including the IEEE, IET, the Korean Academy of Science and Technology (KAST), and the Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences (KICS). With a strong international reputation and a long-standing commitment to research excellence, Dr. Song is a leading figure in the global signal processing and communications community.

M A Hannan is employed as Distinguished Professor & Professor of Intelligent Systems in Energy and Power Applications in the School of Engineering and Technology, Sunway University, Malaysia. He is an Adjunct Professor at School of Electrical Engineering, Korea University, Korea and Visiting Professor at Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. His research interest is on intelligent systems in energy and power applications related to renewables integration, energy storage system, hydrogen storage, smart grid, energy management system, building energy efficiency, battery controller and BEMS, HEV energy management system, inverter controller, MPPT, FACTS and custom power devices, power quality and intelligent embedded system development in academic and industrial (national and international) level of research and development. He is awarded as a Highly Cited Researcher (HCR) 2022 & 2023 in Engineering by Clarivate Analytics which is based on multiple top 1% citated papers in the Web of Science™ and truly 1 in 1,000 (0.01%) of the world’s scientists. He has obtained approximately RM 24 research funds, supervised 7 post-doctoral fellows, 25 PhD and 24 master by research students and his scholarly output in SCOPUS is 400+, citation is 23,000+, H-Index 72 and in Google Scholar, citation is 30,000+, H-Index: 83. His aspiration is to provide leadership of research governance, funding, high quality training and mission, aimed at embedding a strong culture of research integrity, excellence, and impact towards achieving the championship and global standing. He is leading academic and industrial research on national and international funding arrangement in both fundamental and applied research, directing pre-commercialized products, high quality research outputs and building collaborations. Also, transforming academic and industrial research technologies into teaching and learning processes to ensure appropriate learning methods in higher education. He is a member of many professional organizations such as Senior Member, IEEE, IEB, IAENG, BCS etc. He is serving as editor-in-chief of Journal of Energy and Environment, associate editor in IEEE Access/IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications/Energy Conversion and Economics, served as program examiner, funding proposal evaluator, thesis examiner, editorial board members as well as in the committee of many Elsevier Science and IEEE Transactions.
